Can I add a design for the add-on I included with my product?
Answer : No. The add-on products shown on each item page are simply blank add-ons, and aren't something you can create or edit a design for. For additional decorated items, you’ll need to increase the quantity of the item for the same design, or create a new product from scratch for a new design. -
Can I edit my design once I've added it to my cart?
Once a design has been added to the shopping cart, it becomes locked, and can no longer be edited on the website. If you need major changes, a new product will have to be created. If the change you need is minor, we may be able to do that for you if you notify us***immediately***after placing you... -
Can I make changes to a premade template?
Usually! Major changes are not possible, but for most premade templates, minor things like sizing, placement, text, and colors can be changed within the design tool! If you’re unable, please reach out, and we may be able to manually adjust that depending on the details. -
Can I print any kind of artwork?
While we do our best to allow our customers to freely express themselves through our products, and do not normally review artwork in detail, we reserve the right to decline to reproduce any particular design on the basis of production/quality concerns, technical limitations, or content. Can I save a design to access later?
Yes! To do so, we recommend creating an account. Once you are logged in, click the "Save" button in our Customizer to permanently save your design to your account history. If you are not logged in, that button will not do what it is supposed to, which is save it to YOUR account! -
Can I share a design with someone?
Absolutely! simply click the small share logo button on the Customizer, which will provide multiple ways to share the design to someone else or a a direct link to copy and send as needed! -
Can I use artwork I’ve obtained from an external source, like a Google Image search?
You are free to upload any image file you choose, but by doing so you accept responsibility for any and all licensing/copyright requirements, per the terms and conditions, with which you must click to agree before uploading. We have professionally designed a number of templates for you to choose from, but anything outside of those would need to be created or uploaded by the customer, as we do not currently offer design services. Do I receive a full-size proof before production?
The artwork is something you choose, create, or upload online, with many opportunities to verify that it’s exactly what you want, so we don’t provide proofs as part of the order process, and what you see online is what we’ll produce. Do you check my artwork for typos, errors or other issues?
We do not review designs in detail, as there are many opportunities during the order process to verify the details of your order and artwork before submitting. How do I tell you what I want decorated?
That information will be provided during the order process, where you’ll either choose a pre-made design or create and/or upload your own unique design within our Customizer, which you can access by clicking “Customize!” on the product details page. -
What file specs work best for your site & products?
A transparent vector SVG file will provide the best results for both engraving and color print. However, our site will accept any SVG, JPG/JPEG, or PNG file smaller than 10 MB. What’s better for my artwork - engraving, or color print?
Generally, any high-resolution or vector artwork will be suitable for color print. For engraving, you’ll want to make sure your artwork is a 1-color (preferably black), transparent vector file, but please reach out to us directly if you’re unsure and we can see if your file is right for engraving.
